DocENT registered since: 14.06.2009 Posts: 3	Hello, in case of mucosal melanoma (0,2x0,2x0,2) of the mucosa of the lateral antrum of the nose, would you suggest to operate radically and resect the whole cartilage above the lesion with skin of the ala of the nose? Or recommend a cutting out with mucosal resection and tumorfree margins of 1 cm?
